Energy Efficiency

Promoted by the Ministry of the Environment (MMA) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the project “Market Transformation for Energy Efficiency in Brazil”, known as Project 3E publishes its first results.

Funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), the general objective of Project 3E is to invest, transform and develop the energy efficiency (EE) market in commercial and public buildings in Brazil, leading the country to energy consumption with a lower carbon footprint and greater sustainability.

Through a partnership with the companies Synergia and EcoSapiens, Mitsidi participated in the project and contributed to the delivery of the published products. For the phase carried out, eight educational videos on labeling were developed, with the participation of Dr. Arthur Cursino and Arq. Bráullio Nunes. They are:

Videos:

• Video 1 – Introduction to ENCE in Buildings

• Video 2 – ENCE and the Envelope

• Video 3 – ENCE and Enlightenment

• Video 4 – ENCE and Air Conditioning

• Video 5 – Summary content for Awareness

• Video 6 – Introduction to the EE simulation method for Buildings

• Video 7 – About the ProjetEEE

• Video 8 – Raising awareness among users of solar water heating systems

The material highlights the importance of the Brazilian Building Labeling Program (PBE Edifica), presenting the step-by-step labeling process and models of the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE),

Mitsidi thanks its partners and those involved for their intense participation in this project to transform the Brazilian market towards sustainable development.
